Before you dive into exploring the full capabilities of Go Autonomous, we want to ensure that you have a solid understanding of the basics so that you get the most of your trial experience.
Please make sure you have set up a weekly check-in with the customer manager.

During your trial period, you will have the opportunity to explore the various modules and tools that comprise the solution. What you will experience
Off-the-shelf AI performance. Remember, the AI has not yet seen your company’s data. Therefore, it might not be aware of all specifics of your business, so you will see its extraction performance at base level to start out with.

What we will do during onboarding
Dedicated machine learning mode training specific on your company data.

What will change
Better extraction performance of part numbers, quantities, addresses, etc.
Better recognition of customer intent given your industry and company specifics.

More data validation to come

What you will experience
Data extraction with limited data validation. We know that request handling does not stop at data extraction. Depending on the organization and the request, you might need to check an account, its status, registers addresses, prices, sellable quantities, etc. At the trial phase, we are not connected to your ERP/CRM system to perform those tasks.

Connect to your CRM, ERP, and other systems used in your customer service operations

Assistance in account identification.
Validation of price checks, packaging sizes, unit of measure conversion, incoterms, etc.
